MY DAILY SKIN REGIMEN

First and foremost, I always wash my face day AND night. When I wake up and right before bed. I gave into the Clarisonic craze and purchased one. I thank the cleansing lords every day for that bad boy. My skin tends to be dry, so I use the Clarisonic at night only, to really scrub off my makeup. I also swear by this Chantecaille Rice & Geranium cleanser. I love everything Chantecaille simply because all of their products are natural and made with 97% botanicals. Most importantly, to remove eye makeup; I always, always, always use baby shampoo. Nothing removes every bit of mascara like baby shampoo. So if you don't already use it, you should.

Day
For the day, I'm loving Philosophy's Take a deep breath. I drench my face in this delicious soothing gel- moisturizer with joy. It's oil free which is great for the day under makeup. Depending how dry my skin is, I'll sometimes wear Chantecaille's Flower Harmonizing Cream instead.

Day&Night: Eyes

My favorite part! I first roll on some Chantecaille gold Energizing Eye Serum under my eye, let it dry; then apply a tiny bit of Bobbi Brown Hydrating Eye Cream for moisture. I do this both day and night.

Night

Before bed, after I wash my face, I put a dollop of my current obsession: Estee Lauder's Advanced Night Repair and put it all over my face and neck, let it sit and dry for maybe 1 minute. Then I apply Bobbi Brown's hydrating face cream all around my face and neck as well. So refreshing after a long day of makeup. Your skin will thank you later!

  1. Oooh! Nice! You are sharing your secrets on how you stay so beautiful! Great post! Skin care is so important, you can apply all the make up in the world, but it will not make a difference if you don't have a good skin care regimen. Does your moisturizer have sunscreen in it? It's a good idea especially living in "The Sunshine State" :)
I think I'm about to give into the Clarisonic as well, you are the second person to highly recommend it.

I'm a Mary Kay consultant, if you ever want to book an appointment to try the products for free let me know! You can review them for your blog. Mary Kay's eye make up remover is one of the best! Even before I became a consultant, I've sworn by that product ever since I was introduced to it. It's the only eye make up remover to complete remove everything! It's oil-free too.

    1. That's so sweet of you Joanna! I really appreciate the feedback. I'd love to review some Mary Kary products. I know a few people who live by their moisturizing products. Just let me know. Also, my moisturizer actually doesn't have sunscreen, but my foundation and foundation primer do.
      Thanks again! XOXO
